The weddings I am lucky enough to photograph tend to be relaxed and low stress with couples opting for less “traditional" venues or overall wedding day structure.

Taylor and Harry were no exception. These two got married at Mr. Paul’s Supper Club. If you haven’t been, it’s a beautiful, colorful, New Orleans-style restaurant in Edina. It was one of those perfect fall days in October, chilly in the shade, warm in the sun. Before the ceremony, we took some time for portraits over at the Peace Garden in Minneapolis and family photos behind the venue.

The ceremony was in the main room at Mr. Paul’s. The room was full and with seating being limited in this space, many guest were standing which added to the relaxed vibes. Taylor’s walk down the aisle was shared by both her father and stepfather. Harry’s daughter was both the flower girl and the ring bearer.

The night concluded with a fabulous dinner, cigars, speeches and dancing.
