TK has been a photographer for 15 years. They have a journalism degree from the University of Minnesota, where they focused on film photography and photojournalism. Their classes inspired a love for black and white photography and a desire to capture candid, narrative moments, which informs their wedding photography style.

“I am deeply moved and fascinated by how quickly time passes and how life is full of emotion — complexity, humor, joy, loss. Making images feels like making time capsules, and the photographic process of witnessing and preserving memories will never not feel like magic.” TK says.

When they aren't behind a camera, you can find TK reading, writing, stargazing, gardening, and singing to their cat children.
