real. empathetic. lover
Nicole has been a photographer for eight years. She studied photography at Columbia College in Chicago and she’s passionate about capturing genuine and intimate moments. If you appreciate an adventure or beautiful location then you’ll get along great with Nicole. She loves small, intimate weddings, and enjoys connecting with each couple and learning about their love story.
As a kid, Nicole started taking pictures on Kodak disposable cameras. Pictures of family vacations, friends, or her home. She loved seeing the world through her camera lens and telling the stories that surrounded her. She took this love into high school and college, where her camera followed her and that’s when she realized she’d always be a photographer of sorts.
Her craziest wedding story happened at a farm wedding during the ceremony. The bride shifted her dress to the surprise of a dead mouse falling out from under the layers of fabric! She kept her cool perfectly, but afterward it was, as you can imagine, a laughable moment among the crowd!
When Nicole’s not photographing, you might find her walking, hiking, biking, or doing pretty much anything outdoors. Or she might be cooking something tasty, spending time with her people, writing, or dreaming about her next travel adventures.
